He also cares for patients receiving dialysis through ongoing clinical management, lab review, medication optimization, and coordination with dialysis unit teams. Ahmad provides post-hospital follow-up for acute kidney injury (AKI), including complex cases after ICU-level illness, ensuring continuity of kidney care after discharge.
